Experiential Wellbeing Stay in Morocco

• Marrakech • High Atlas • Argan Oil • Ancient Beauty Rituals • Hammam Bath Ritual • Desert • Moroccan Tea Ritual •

SEPTEMBER,  2025

MOROCCO. A land of beauty and contrasts. A place where the hot night is perfumed with the magical scent of Arabian jasmine, a land of pink valleys, the most beautiful sunsets in a thousand shades of gold, the scent of orange blossoms and the sensual smell of spices that we smell in the streets of the enchanting medina markets. Walking around, in our typical Moroccan BABOUCHE shoes , at the entrance of a hidden hammam decorated with Moroccan zellige tiles, we suddenly realise that this country offers the best in terms of beauty and wellness.

Moroccan beauty rituals and secrets, deeply rooted in religious purification and purity combined with the landscape through indigenous natural ingredients and the traditions of the indigenous Berber population are highly effective. From the Atlantic coast to the edge of the desert, we find ingredients, rituals and treatments commonly used by Berber Moroccan women.

This wellbeing stay is prepared to bring the life we live into balance. Through ancient rituals, wellness treatments revealing the secrets of beauty and the essence of life and experiences, our body, mind and soul will be sufficiently relaxed, which in turn will help us to let go of the things that no longer serve us.

City of Wonders - Marrakech

Deň 2 ~ Culture and Shopping Day.

•  Trip to Marrakech •  Old Medina, Berber Markets •  Jemaa Elfna Square •  Koutoubia Mosque

Breakfast and Marrakech awaits us. The Red City, Daughter of the Desert, Gateway to the Mountains, Pearl of the South and Baghdad of the West. A vibrant city in which the senses are heightened thanks to the colours, smells, tastes and experiences. A city of wonders.
We start unconventionally - organic and on the move, but with peace of mind. We'll set off by bike to discover Marrakech as only the locals experience it. Together with young guides who know this city like the palm of their hand, we will weave our way through its lively streets and let ourselves be guided by the four elements that define its soul.

Fire - traditional Moroccan bakeries where bread is baked in a clay fire, just as it used to be. You can smell the scent of home and the presence of generations past.
Water - we will visit the sites of ancient hammams that have served as cleansing sanctuaries for the body and mind for centuries.
Earth - we'll stop at places where saints, mystics and spiritual teachers lived and worked - and listen to the stories that still live on in stone walls and prayers.
The air - finally we discover the contrast between the old medina and the vibrant new quarter - the breathing of the city in two rhythms, in two times, but still in one living organism.
This ride is not just moving from point A to point B - it is a pilgrimage. We will experience Marrakech deeply and authentically, opening ourselves to its stories and becoming part of it for a while.

In the afternoon, we'll immerse ourselves in the vibrant heart of Marrakech - the medina, where the market is not just a place to sell, but a living theatre of life.
We'll take our time. Because what awaits us here is an experience that will appeal to all the senses. The scents of spices will guide us like invisible threads, while our eyes feast on colourful scenes from another world - from hand-decorated kaftans to delicate babouche shoes.
We will find exquisite Berber jewellery, meticulously crafted leather handbags, hand-knitted baskets, woven lamps with magical lustre, alabaster statuettes and precious gems that carry the story of the desert. And then there are the carpets - woven by hands that understand the silence, the colours and the rituals of the past. Each one is like a painting that tells the story of its tribe, family, country. This is where Marrakech reveals itself in its most vivid, fragrant and colourful form.

And in the evening, all we do is relax - richer with new images, smells and understanding.

Sacred time for self and cleansing of body & mind

Day 3 ~ Wellness and Relax Day. It's time to start enjoying your stay to the fullest.

•  Cleansing hammam ritual with argan peeling •  Workshop: beauty secrets of Berber women - hammam, oils, fragrances, healing herbs and elixirs • chill time by the pool or in the garden with a book

We will spend a day together full of delicious food, knowledge, body-nourishing rest, relaxation and wellness treatments that will leave your body completely relaxed and redolent with Moroccan scents.

After a sumptuous breakfast, together we will delve into the beauty secrets of Berber women that have been passed down from generation to generation and discover & explore ancient rituals that still harness the power of nature to maintain healthy skin, hair and overall vitality.

Delicious light lunch, freshly juiced oranges, olives, salads and home baked bread. Relax, unwind by the pool.

In the afternoon we will experience the local spa- HAMMAM, as it has been part of the ancient traditions of this country for over a thousand years. Hammam is a traditional spa ritual after which time and space take on a whole new dimension. Above all, the ritual benefits the body and mind, but it also plays a significant role as a social event - women and men (in separate spaces) spend long moments here relaxing, talking and taking care of themselves. It is a tradition that has endured for centuries and is still a symbol of the harmony of body and soul.

Marrakech - enchanting beauty all around

Deň 4 ~ Fashion & Food a Soul Day

•  Majorelle Gardens •  Yves Saint Laurent Museum, cafés, restaurants, boutiques

We rise to the sound of the muezzin's voice calling the faithful to prayer. His chant carries through the morning air like the silent prayer of the city - peaceful, rhythmic, sacred. Marrakech is waking up, and with it our senses.
A visit to the iconic Jardin Majorelle in the Gueliz district - one of the most beautiful and famous botanical gardens in the world - awaits us. It is the second most visited attraction in Marrakech after Jemaa El Fna Square, yet a place where the crowds melt into silence, colours and scents.
This garden is not just a botanical oasis - it's a ritual of returning to the senses and beauty. The moment you step through its gates, you are immersed in a world where every shape, every colour and every scent acts as a gentle healing. Transcending just visual perception, cobalt blue also touches the emotional body - calming the nervous system, opening the space of perception.
The rustle of bamboo leaves, the red solid surface underfoot, the scent of jasmine and citrus - all this awakens parts of us that are often suppressed in ordinary life. It is a walk through harmony, where nature and man are not in opposition, but co-create a world that heals with its simplicity and stillness. Every detail is an invitation to be present.
The site also includes the Berber Museum, dedicated to the indigenous people of North Africa. The exhibition includes traditional Berber clothing, jewellery, ceramics, musical instruments and working tools, which together reveal layers of a fascinating culture and historical legacy still present in Moroccan daily life today.

YSL Museum - a temple of creativity and courage

After this sensory sanctuary, we enter a space that tells the story of the soul of the creator. The Yves Saint Laurent Museum is not just about fashion - it is a story about the courage to be yourself, to follow your own vision, even if it is unconventional.
The colours, the fabrics, the silhouettes - and above all the energy of creative genius - all act as inspiration for a soul that longs to create, to express itself, or simply to rediscover its beauty and uniqueness.
The YSL Museum is one of the most exciting and luxurious spaces dedicated to fashion and art. The combination of the fascinating world of haute couture and the strong Moroccan influence has created a cultural space that breathes. In the permanent exhibitions, we discover not only the life and work of the legendary designer, but also his profound relationship with Morocco, which inspired him over many years.

The GUELIZ district - a place where time slows down and the soul breathes

A combination of gardens, museums, small cafés and boutique shops creates the perfect place to slow down, relax and recharge your batteries in the middle of bustling Marrakech. This corner of the world offers not only beauty for the eye, but also silence for the inside. This is also where we dine, in a restaurant that offers a unique dining experience. Modern approaches meet rich Moroccan tradition - resulting in dishes that celebrate local flavours, yet surprise with their creative presentation and combinations. Each bite is a fusion of history and present, oriental and innovative.

Marrakech today teaches us to slow down, to look, to perceive. Not as tourists, but as people who have found for a moment a temple of beauty, silence and inspiration - in colour, in smell, even in the courage to be ourselves.

In the evening return to the hotel, rest, dinner.

A place to nourish the soul and body

Day 5 ~ Relax and Culinary Day.

•  Workshop: the Tastes of Roots - a culinary well-being workshop with women from the Berber community - where food is not just a dish, but also a story, a touch and a heritage of the soul •  chill time by the pool or in the garden with a book

After a nourishing breakfast, it's time to relax in our magical oasis of peace and deep connection.  This day is an invitation to slow down, breathe fully and draw strength from the sun, the silence and the beauty of our surroundings. Relax by the pool, pamper yourself with home-cooked cuisine lovingly prepared for you by local women - using fresh, seasonal ingredients that are a natural part of everyday life in Morocco.

Our passion for Moroccan gastronomy - rich, healthy, full of flavours and stories - has led us to create an exceptional experience: a cooking course led by Berber women. Their recipes are more than just instructions - they are heirlooms passed down from generation to generation, rooted in wisdom and respect for the land.

Together we will embark on a journey full of scents and touches - a world where the best of tradition, local ingredients and kind presence come together. The fruits and vegetables harvested by the Berbers are not just nourishment - they are a connection to the land, to the ancestors, to the rhythms of nature. And it is here, in this intimate setting, that we will prepare a meal that will nourish not only the body, but also the mind and soul.

Where food is not just a meal, but a story, a touch and a heritage of the soul - it's a way to connect deeply with the land, its rhythms, the land, the women who nourish it, and the body's own memory.

And then comes the silence.
A fleeting breeze plays with the curtains in the Berber tent, the air is saturated with the scent of orange blossoms and fresh mint. Words are no longer needed. Your body knows. Your soul has slowed down and settled exactly where it should be - in a magical oasis of harmony and peace beneath the peaks of the Atlas Mountains.

Ancestral magic, the High Atlas, Berber carpets and Berber culture

Day 6 ~ Heritage Day.

•  Berber life up close •  Picturesque scenery and breathtaking views

Sunrise, silence, breath. We begin the morning with gentle sunrise yoga - to connect with ourselves before this special day. After breakfast, we venture beyond the mundane - into pure, unspoiled lands filled with olive trees, almond trees and Berber life at its most authentic.

At the end of the valley we are greeted by a local Berber guide. Together we trek towards the waterfalls - guided by the silence of the mountains and the spectacular views of the High Atlas Mountains.
Upon arrival at the falls, we relax with a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice or traditional mint tea. We then return to the village where a true Berber lunch awaits us by the river - a fragrant tajine full of local vegetables and spices, crusty homemade bread from the clay oven and olives from the local orchards.

The afternoon belongs to the magical world of Berber carpets.
We will visit a women's cooperative where we will understand that a rug is not just an object. It is a portal. You touch it with your hands, your feet, lie on it, drink two teas... and that's when it comes. You don't choose the carpet - it chooses you.

Through colours, patterns and ancient symbols, you will be touched by an ancestral message that will reveal itself to you just when you are ready. This ritual is a way to recognize a part of yourself that has been dormant.

The evening belongs to silence, privacy and an exceptional meal and one more special moment.
Meeting a Berber man who reveals the stories hidden in jewellery. These are not just ornaments. They are the carriers of women's stories, wisdom, rituals and protection. And when the time is right, one of them will find you. The way it's meant to be.

A place to nourish the soul and body

Day 7 ~ Relax and Evening Well-being Experience in the Stone Desert.

•  chill time by the pool or in the garden with a book •  relax •  evening stay in the desert

Our last day in a land full of smells, colours, sounds and experiences is upon us. It's time to give ourselves space to absorb all that has happened - the deep touches, the powerful encounters and the unexpected awakenings.
The morning belongs to absolute peace - under the olive trees and palm trees, by the pool, with a book in hand or just gazing into the distance. We are in the garden where time has stopped so that everything can settle, integrate and deepen within us.
The last tastes of home cooking appear on the table, making even food a ritual of connection with the earth.

And as the sun begins to tilt toward the horizon, we head out into the desert for a farewell evening - where the stars will once again shine over our heads and the desert will whisper one last time, “Remember you.”
Just 30 kilometres from bustling Marrakech, we cross into a completely different reality and a completely different world opens up to us - the desert. Not sandy, but stony and silent, dotted with rugged beauty, exuding the original strength and mystique of the landscape. In this desert with its unique microclimate, under a million stars, an experience that cannot be planned - only felt.

The vast starry sky, without light smog, stretches above us like an infinite map of the universe. After sunset, the desert sinks into silence and the sky opens its majestic face. Millions of stars light up space. Accompanied by live music, drum rhythms and dance, an infinitely free space opens up. An evening in the desert is alive. Always a little different, always profound. It becomes a memory of the body and an invitation to what is most real in us.

After dinner, return to the hotel.

Bislama. Goodbye until we meet again.

Day 8 ~ Breakfast and departure from Morocco.

Treat yourself to one last breakfast in a land of beauty and contrast before your private chauffeur drives you to the airport. In fact, after 8 days but based on the experiences we have had, we have spent almost a month here. Our wish is that you leave knowing that the journey itself is the destination
